Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, away from the chaos but near famous tourist spots. It was convenient that we could walk to a famous park. Our room was cozy and clean, with comfortable white sheets and towels. the complimentary tea, coffee, and water were a nice touch. the breakfast food was delicious, and the servers were very friendly.
The toiletries provided were just enough for one person.

Really close to good shepherd convent. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Cafe Yagam that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Our Family Room accommodated us perfectly. Baguio (BAG-Loakan) airport was hardly 10 minutes away by car.

There is also wright park right by this hotel. The venue staff was FRIENDLY, not annoying. Views from the veranda.

We loved how the hotel is located near a quiet residential area, making our stay peaceful and away from the chaos and noise of the city center. Moreover, it was within walking distance from some of the most famous tourist spots in this city, such as Mine's View and Mansion Park, while also being just 15 minutes away from Camp John Hay. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The complimentary breakfast was good and there were plenty of choices to choose from. the hotel was located near tourist spots making it easy to explore the city. We also appreciated the warm and friendly staff who were very helpful.
The room was quite dated and had a musty smell. the bed was uncomfortable.

The Giraffe Boutique Hotel in Baguio City exceeded all expectations. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, nestled among pine trees and offering a peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness and newness of the hotel were impeccable. Walking distance to popular attractions such as Mine's View and Mansion Park was a bonus.

Good location near tourist attractions. It’s easy to buy souvenirs & food nearby. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Not worth the money. The room lacks basic amenities like AC & balcony.
